They also meet the high-pressure head performance requirements of fluidized bed furnaces. This series of fans can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation, and general ventilation systems. The forced draft fan transports air, while the induced draft fan transports flue gas or gases containing particulate matter.

Fan Applications

The GY5-51 and GY6-51 boiler induced draft fans are suitable for the forced and induced draft systems of 2-670 t/h steam boilers in thermal power plants. They also meet the high-pressure head performance requirements of fluidized bed furnaces. This series of fans can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation, and general ventilation systems. The forced draft fan transports air, while the induced draft fan transports flue gas or gases containing particulate matter. If the impurity concentration is less than 200 g/m³, the fan can be used continuously for more than four years. High impurity concentrations can still be used, but the service life will be shortened. The maximum operating temperature of the forced and induced draft fan must not exceed 250°C.

Fan Types

1. The induced draft fan and induced draft fan are single-suction, each with a different model number, ranging from 8 to 29.5.

2. When viewed from the motor end, a clockwise impeller rotation is considered a right-handed fan, indicated by "right." A counterclockwise impeller rotation is considered a left-handed fan, indicated by "left." 3. The fan's negative outlet position is indicated by the angle of the fan's outlet relative to the housing.

4. The fan's drive system is D-type, using a flexible coupling.
